The Thermal water, which has been so important in the history of Caldes, has also enriched its cuisine. The use of thermal water has given place to what we call thermal cuisine.

The water of Caldes is a good asset for traditional and modern cuisine. It intensifiers the aromas and colours. From old recipes which have been expertly adapted to the modern day by ours chefs and the addition of our water, our gastronomy is a pleasure that shouldn't be missed.


 

From our Restaurant we offer us a wide range of vegetables, game, seafood... Traditional ingredients such as "salsafins" and peas are masterly combined with fish and game.
